“I want to thank Dr. Barnes for looking at me as the total patient and not just the orthopedic problem. He told me he was going to order a battery of blood work because he felt more was going on with me than my back issues. Well it turned out that I had a sed rate of 126 when 30 or under is normal. Since then I have been going through other tests and I have been on steroids trying to bring the sed rate to normal. If Dr. Barnes did not look at the whole picture I still would not have known what was going on with me and I would have agreed to back surgery with an extremely high sed rate. Dr. Barnes you are a blessing to me and I do not know how to thank you enough. I am so glad your practice sent me this opportunity to tell everyone how wonderful you are as well as how caring you are to help a patient.
