“I truly appreciate the time and attention I received from Dr. Jenné for my care. He was always patient, caring, and greeted me with a positive, welcoming greeting. The medical care I experienced was to approach other courses of action first, like trying a steroid medication. Since it did not work for me, Dr. Jenné referred me to a pain management doctor, and luckily, I am doing better than having to go straight to surgery, which, of course, is something that worried me plenty. Additionally, one needs a great support system, and I have always found that to be the case with Dr. Jenné's assistant, Patsy. She was simply the best at sending any information I needed for my FMLA and being very thorough. Thank you for the care you provided. Now I know why you were highly rated.”
