“After leaving the ER at Ballad hospital, I went to Appalachian Orthopedics to see if someone was there to help me and didn't realize that they had an after-hours clinic. When I walked in the young lady was at the desk and asked me if she could help me. I explained that I cut my middle finger off and what happened at the hospital. She was so helpful and kind and caring. She called the PA to come to the front office. She was helpful, and she asks the young lady to make me an appointment to see Dr. Holbrook first thing Monday even though he was booked up and she would take the blame for overlooking him. When I saw Dr. Holbrook, he was so helpful and got my appointment for surgery that day with him. I am so grateful for everyone at Appalachian Orthopedics. Thanks again.”
