“Dr. Mariani is the best physician I have ever seen. If he was a PCP I would go wherever he was located. He has been successfully treating my knees with shots over many years which always work 18-24 months. I barely feel the needle when it is inserted. He is accurate and very quick. I never experience any anxiety as most people say they do when they receive the shots for the knee. Dr. Mariani is great for customer service and public relations and I am certain that his patients always return to him when they need his assigned services. Back in the day he also treated a back issue for me that was corrected and never surfaced again.”

“I had a full knee replacement from Dr. Mariani. Before the surgery, Dr. Marcelli took care of me with gel shots, which gave me relief for several months. When I returned to see him, my knee was ready for surgery, and Dr. Mariani was recommended. He was a total professional and explained why I needed the surgery and what it would entail. I had full faith in him and his staff, and I was right. The surgery went well, and I am now in physical therapy, and my leg is getting straighter every day. I have already recommended their practice to a few of my friends who have osteopathic issues.”

He thoroughly goes over every option and gives suggestions as to what he would consider for the patient (depending on age, activity level, etc.) which helps ease fears and anxiety. He's patient, kind and concerned. It's one reason I came back after injuring my knee again. He's performed two surgeries on me previously and was really empathetic when I suffered from a DVT after my 2nd surgery. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an orthopedic surgeon.”

“I have visited the office before as I have 2 sons who are involved in multiple sports. My son was playing high school football and sustained an injury in a Friday night game. I ended up taking him to the ER on Sunday just to "double check" nothing was wrong. On Monday, I called Dr. Mariani's office. When I explained the situation, the office staff gave me three times to come - one of which was "come now." We had the distinct pleasure of meeting Dr. Mariani. Dr. Mariani was absolutely magnificent! He got his staff to facilitate an MRI and they worked with my insurance to expedite it - he told me to call ASAP when the MRI was completed. The office got the MRI approved within two days! We called the office as soon as the MRI was completed to advise them. I am a RN/BSN, my husband is a physician. Dr. Mariani called us that evening on his OWN TIME to discuss the MRI findings and the extent of the injury with me and my husband. He also told me to bring my son back to the office that next morning. He explained everything about the injury to my son directly, and gave specific instructions in writing for his athletic trainer, he also provided a note for him to resume playing within a week. I was more than impressed with his bedside manner, his efficiency and overall what a brilliant Orthopedic. I have had Dr. Cole, Dr. Kovacs and Dr. Marcelli in the past - all sports injuries with the boys - every physician there was fantastic. I would NEVER go to any other Orthopedic practice. In addition as a sub-acute rehab nurse in geriatrics I have had the pleasure of caring for their patients - they treat all of their patients with expertise and kindness. These doctors are the best in the field.”
