My Total hip replacement was done 1 month ago and I am doing things that I could not do for the last 9 months like walking 3 miles and going to the gym. I couldn't be more pleased than I am. And in the future if I needed the left hip replaced, I wouldn't think twice about doing it. “Accommodated with short notice to alleviate pain. Dr. Jain spent a lot of time explaining the knee issues and alternatives to knee replacement. Cortisone shot followed by physical therapy did wonder. Exceptional service. Dr. Jain is very competent surgeon. He did not order expensive MRI. Knee x-rays were sufficient for him to diagnose the problem. If ever need a knee replacement, it will be done by Dr. Jain.”

I appreciated the ability to make things easier by knowing which exercises to do before the surgery. I truly appreciated that the incision was only 4.5 inches long. with no exterior stitches or staples to be removed at a later date. The bandage over the incision was so simple and easy. I was in surgery for a very short time compared to the experience of many friends who had other surgeons. Recovery was exactly as described. I was walking and going up and down steps within an hour of coming out of surgery.
Apparently the gentle physical therapy exercises before and after made this possible. Pain management was possible. And I was able to move off the oxycodone and on to Tylenol after only 16-days. I would have done it sooner if I realized that it would work so well. I was back to work part-time in 2 weeks.”
