“I had only lived in Ga for Three years and I have no insurance only VA Health care. I was nervous about finding the right Dr. that the VA would cover. I was referred to Dr. Bill Wiley and I began to pray that God would bless him as I went in for shoulder surgery. I know it was meant to be when Dr. Bill Wiley came in and asked if it would be okay if he prayed with me the morning of my surgery. I knew then that God answered my prayer and I felt totally confident that he was the Dr. for my messed up shoulder. I followed all of his instructions and had therapy with his therapy team there and they were all great. I am not totally back with what I can do and lift but I am not pressing it. He told me it would be a year or more before I could lift my bags of chicken feed. I haven't even tried but I still am doing exercises and it is getting stronger all the time.
