“I checked in, and the front desk staff quickly helped me pay my outstanding balance. Then she took my copay for the day’s appointment. She was very kind, helpful, and informative about what I owed. The staff member who showed me to my room was helpful and gave me clear instructions on how I should prepare for my procedure. The procedure room staff were kind, informative, and comforting. Dr. Fry informed me what he was doing throughout the procedure, which allowed me to remain calm while he did his work. Thank you for a pleasant experience overall.”

“I was at the surgery center to have steroid injections into my neck. Many caregivers helped me through the 3-hour-or-so procedure. They were all very helpful and professional at all times. Rachel was great at getting me to the procedure room, and Amanda helped wake me up after it was all over. Many others helped as well, but I can’t remember their names at this time. Thank you to Matt for coming in and talking with me about the anesthesia. He was very nice. Most of all, thank you to Dr. Fry for his knowledge and kindness during the pre-op and the actual procedure. So far, 2 days later, I’m having virtually no problems with the post-procedure period. My face is flushed bright red, but I know that can happen with steroid therapy. Thank you to everyone involved. I would recommend this facility and this group of professionals to anyone having similar issues.”
